How to cancel
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, If you’ve received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for full credit, without a re-stocking fee, subject to the following conditions:
You have a duty to return the goods in a reasonable condition.
You must in writing or by e-mail advise us that you wish for a refund and request a returns number,without if a machine turns up at our offices or showroom we will not know who it is from.All return numbers begin with the letters fu followed by a number.Each month it changes.April return numbers will begin with the letters gu.
You have the right to change your mind and are entitled to cancel the contract( within 7 not on the 7th) DAY before 5.00.p.m ON THE 7TH DAY AFTER INVOICE .We are open 7 days a week,so we are classed as 7 day working week.
We wll refund all your money but you will be charged for the delvery.
The goods are not software which is unsealed.
You pay the return delivery charges. Please make sure you ensure for the full value of product when you return goods for a refund
Goods are returned within 7 days in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days.
Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition.If the goods have been used that is fine as long as they are not damged or misused in any way.
IF YOU ORDER A PRODUCT OVER THE PHONE.. THEN ORDER THEN CANCEL,,, THERE CAN BE A 10% ADMIN FEE..PLEASE BE SURE YOU WISH TO ORDER BEFORE RESERVING
If the goods are broken after misuse we will give an estimate for repair.
If the packaging has to be changed we will charge the cost of repackaging as an example a box and filler would cost about £10 TO £25
We cannot collect from outside uk and off main land. or northern ireland

If you buy a machine and don’t like it you have the 30 day trial, please remember to sign up for the 30 day trial otherwise you may not get a refund after 30 days, by signing up guarantees you a refund
