May I introduce myself to you:

My name is Mr Reichman  and you can reach me on extension 25 seven days a week from 9am to 5pm.
I have recently joined Singer Direct in March 2002.
For 23 years I was a teacher in a local comprehensive school in charge of design and technology.
My passion is sewing, so when I came up for retirement I was lucky to find a company that was expanding quickly into Education.
I completely understand the needs of schools, colleges and all educational establishments.
I understand budgets, order processing and your needs for the children and young students.

I have been lucky enough to now have a team of  6 people and my department is totally dedicated to Education.
We can advise you on any product.
If we feel that your request for a certain machine is not suitable, we will point you in the right direction as we need to make sure that at all times your machines are reliable and problem free.

Over the years schools have been pushed into buying European machines which can exhaust budgets quickly due to the high cost per item.
Today the quality of brands such as TOYOTA, BROTHER, JANOME, ELNA and SINGER have caught up and now offer far better value with better guarantees.

5 YEARS  PARTS AND LABOUR AND AN ANNUAL FREE SERVICE ON ALL MACHINES PURCHASED FROM SINGER EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT.ANY ORDERS FOR LESS THAN 10 MACHINES HAVE TO BE RETURNED TO OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT,OVER THIS AMOUNT WE WILL COLLECT.

CONSUMABLES ARE NOT COVERED..BOBBIN CASES, NEEEDLE PLATES ,BULBS, BELTS ETC

Once you have purchased your machines from Coopers there are no further charges for 1 year; this covers parts, labour and more importantly no service charges. We offer a free annual service on each machine purchased.
This way you retain your budgets and can spend it in different directions.

For example a certain company would quote you about £15 to £20 for servicing per machine. By the time you have had spare parts fitted you will end up with a bill of £50 per machine. You cannot be sure that the parts have even been fitted! These are some of the problems that I experienced when I was teaching.

I found Singer Direct by chance, when I was teaching,  and found them then to be honest, reliable and a pleasure to do business with. Now I am working for them and I know this to be the case.

My Managing Director cares passionately about this department. When we started on the internet we only serviced local schools and now I can boast that we cover the whole of the U.K. We have now placed in SEVERAL THOUSANDS of sewing machines into various educational areas.

This is free to all members of staff and all students. Training runs at our showroom in London 5 days a week, please call extension 29 to make an appointment

ORDERING:

We accept all purchase orders faxed to 0208 207 3688 or alternatively, you can email them across.
All machines can be paid by your terms and conditions.
Deliveries are made after receipt of Purchase orders, normally within 48 hours.

In conclusion, I myself purchased machines from various websites and there are some real shockers out there, so do be careful. We would ask you to ring any of the suppliers to verify my statement.
