Delivery 

If you order any machine by phone or on line and you cannot be in to receive it,please let us know, as all machines must be signed for, if you work and cannot be in to sign for goods, as is often the case customers get frustrated when they cannot be ljust left,The cost of a sewing machine is normally of higher value than cheaper products on the net, we cannot leave an expensive machine in a porch or outside bulding not signed for as sometimes delivery drivers say they have left the goods but have not

If the machine comes back to us we charge for the delivery and 10 percent for admin, please make sure there is an alternative delivery address this can be arranged by phoning us..

 Your order will be delivered within 2 working days. Most deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is to ensure the goods are delivered and received correctly. If you can’t be there to sign for delivery and your order qualifies, you may be able to provide special delivery instructions during the checkout process for our drivers to leave the item(s) with a neighbour or in some other safe place. Otherwise, remember you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, or a friend’s address, etc.

Note: If your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may be made separately.
